1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply to all services provided by GOLDEN TRIANGLE (hereinafter "we", "our","us") in connection with our property concierge services. They govern all relations between GOLDEN TRIANGLE and its clients (hereinafter "the Client", "you","your").

By placing an ordersigning a contract, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.

2. Services Provided

GOLDEN TRIANGLE offers property concierge services, including (but not limited to) property management, coordinating repairs, receiving mail, cleaning, and personalized services based on the Client's needs.

3. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract

Orders for our services can be made via our website, by phone,by email. A detailed quote will be provided to the Client, and the contract will be considered concluded once the Client accepts this quote in writing (either by signatureelectronic confirmation).

4. Prices and Billing

The prices for the services provided by GOLDEN TRIANGLE are specified in our quotescontracts and may be revised at any time. Billing will be done according to the terms defined in the accepted quote. Payment is due on the date agreed upon in the contractinvoice.

Prices are quoted in euros and may be subject to applicable VAT.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is to be made by bank transfer, credit card,any other payment method agreed upon between the parties. In case of late payment, late fees may be applied, in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Liability

GOLDEN TRIANGLE commits to providing its services with the necessary competence and care. However, GOLDEN TRIANGLE cannot be held liable for events beyond our control, client negligence,any other external factors.

7. Cancellation and Modification of Services

In case of cancellationmodification of an order by the Client, fees may be applied depending on the notice period. These fees will be specified in the quotecontract.

8. Personal Data Protection

GOLDEN TRIANGLE collects and uses the Client's personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information on how we manage your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Nice, in accordance with French law.

10. Modifications to the T&Cs

GOLDEN TRIANGLE reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any modifications will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
